We've just had another fantastic weekend riding some of the 7 Stanes in Scotland. I've created a video page for the footage I recorded and have uploaded the first four clips - all of black graded sections at Dalbeatttie. There's plenty more to come. I also added another video to the Peak District page.

We rode the Ashover route over the Easter weekend in excellent weather. The bad news is that one of the descents has been re-surfaced. I've updated the route description to reflect this. The rest of the route is still excellent and I got some good helmet cam footage. The first two clips are now on the Peak District video page.

I've been been busy getting married and stuff so now that's over it's time to start catching up with some updates!
I've updated the shop with a couple of new shirt designs including a custom shirt you can put your own text onto. You should be able to choose the colour of all the other designs too.
The Stilton Shore has been demolished by the land owners so there won't be any new photos of that in the future :(

Switched to a new web host so hopefully all the bandwidth problems the site has had at the end of each calendar month will come to an end?
The increased bandwidth on the new host should also mean I can up the quantity and quality of the video section in the future.

I have split the Nottinghamshire gallery in two giving Sherwood Pines its own gallery. This was because of the large number of photographs of Sherwood Pines in the Nottinghamshire gallery already and because there will hopefully be more to come as the North Shore style stunts at the Pines grow in number. I have also added some new pictures to both galleries.

Updated the Burrough Hill, Ashover and Hope Triple Eight routes. Changed the Eyam & Bakewell route to remove the long tarmac climb out of Great Longstone. The climb is replaced with more off road riding and reflects the way we usually ride the route. New photos have also been added to this route. All of these routes have had ascent and route profile information added along with new Tracklogs files available for download.

Technical update! Moved the site to a new host (aegis design). This has got rid of the domain cloaking so the address of each page should appear properly in your browser bar making linking etc easier. Also the site should work with search engines much better.

A fairly major update! I've altered things so the site now uses frames. This should help navigation and also make it easier for me to maintain. I've also added two new sections - bikes and fettling. However I've done very little content for the first and none for the latter yet! That'll be added soon. Honest :o)

Finally an update! Photo's from Sundays ride in the Peak District are up. All taken with my nice new digital camera. I promise to update a bit more often this year! ;-)

It's the personal web site of a mountain biker - Pete Halls.

Ok so there's not a lot here yet! The plan is for route descriptions with maps & pictures and other information. These will be all around the East Midlands which unsurprisingly is where I live and mostly ride.

I'll also use the site to display the latest set of biking photos taken out on my rides in the region.

Who knows what else? It'll hopefully grow as I get time to do things. More content and better looks should come with time.
